This nine-unit mix of family-friendly residences was our first elevator-inclusive new construction building— developed with an emphasis on elegant design for practical living. The units range in size from two to four bedrooms, each with expansive windows and our own woodstock on the ceiling. In the lobby you’ll find an art installation by our Artist-in-Residence, Fitzhugh Karol, who also contributed one-of-a-kind in-unit fireplace mantelpieces, medicine cabinets, and barn doors.
