A 19th Century Stable Reimagined

Built in the late 19th century, 524 Halsey Street originally served as a stable in what is now the thriving Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood. We’ve carefully preserved the original historic landmarked facade and stone rubble foundation, incorporating those features into our new construction. This condominium building will contain 30 units—a mix of townhomes, duplexes and single-floor homes.
