The Jackson Hole Home Company is our family-run design collective building artistically-inspired homes within the unique landscape of Wyoming's Jackson Hole region.
Located on tree-lined Clinton Avenue near the border of Fort Greene and Clinton Hill, 186 Clinton Avenue is now home to eight masterfully TBHCo-restored homes surrounded by the best of Brooklyn. Each of the luxurious residences, all set within a dazzling Queen Anne mansion, feature superb designer style, historic architectural influence and top-of-the-line finishes throughout. Many also include private outdoor space and living areas nestled within the building’s iconic bow-front bay. 186 Clinton’s history is just as remarkable as its current reinvention. It was designed by Montrose W. Morris in 1892 for prominent Brooklyn builder William H. Beard and his son, heirs to the fortune derived from the development of Red Hook’s Erie Basin and the Beard Stores, where the current Fairway Market sits. Both then and now, a Clinton Avenue address was and is considered one of Brooklyn's most sought-after status symbols, and with this glorious restoration, 186 Clinton continues its rich architectural legacy.
