A GROUNDBREAKING MINIMALIST ESCAPE
The second structure in our Passive House Collection initiative hews to ethically-built, environmentally-considerate best practices creating the highest performing homes in Park Slope South. The interiors serve as a respite from city life, and are being constantly refreshed with filtered air piped in via an ERV system that also reduces the presence of allergens and airborne pollutants—for an invisible, but highly impactful improvement on the residents’ quality of life. We played on the sense of serenity in the layouts, fitting 7-inch white oak Madera hardwood floors throughout, Waterworks sink bath fixtures, and chef-quality Viking cooking ranges are just a few of the amenities that add a quiet sense of luxury.
