Located on tree-lined Clinton Avenue near the border of Fort Greene and Clinton Hill, 186 Clinton Avenue is now home to eight masterfully TBHCo-restored homes surrounded by the best of Brooklyn. Each of the luxurious residences, all set within a dazzling Queen Anne mansion, feature superb designer style, historic architectural influence and top-of-the-line finishes throughout. It was designed by Montrose W. Morris in 1892 for prominent Brooklyn builder William H.
