Staging

A home-first approach, staging designed to sell

The Brooklyn Home Company has spent years perfecting our approach to staging—refining it through the lens of developers building and selling our own record-breaking homes. For the first time, we’re offering this proven strategy as a service to select partners. Our staging is not a design showcase; it’s a sales tool.

our approach

stage homes to highlight what sells

Light, architecture, scale, and sense of place—so buyers can immediately envision themselves living there. Unlike traditional staging focused on a designer’s aesthetic, our approach is home-first. With a track record of transforming our own townhomes and boutique condo projects and breaking sales records, we’re now extending this expertise beyond our portfolio.

My wife and I had just completed an extensive renovation to the interior of our home in Amagansett and at our real estate agent’s recommendation, we turned to The Brooklyn Home Company to discuss staging of the house. The firm had just completed work for another Hamptons homeowner, also a client of our agent’s. With one Zoom call, we met the team with Holly and Julia as the lead designers and connected immediately. They understood our vision and we trusted their design acumen. It took only two days for them to complete the installation and the final result was all we could have hoped for. The decor and furnishings were unique and elegant and the look brought closure to what we had started. Shortly thereafter, the house went into contract and a month later sold. The process could not have gone more smoothly. Our deepest gratitude goes out to Brooklyn Home. They are consummate professionals.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with The Brooklyn Home Company since 2013, and one of the most powerful elements of their success is their approach to staging. The way they present each home—paired seamlessly with their thoughtful layouts and high-quality finishes, creates an emotional connection that drives immediate interest and strong offers. Their properties consistently sell quickly and set new record prices in the market. Beyond the initial sale, the sustainable materials and timeless design choices ensure these homes maintain their beauty and value year after year, continuing to perform through resale and long-term appreciation.

We’ve had the privilege of working with The Brooklyn Home Company across multiple listings, and their impact on the success of each sale is undeniable. Their approach to staging is both intuitive and strategic—highlighting each home’s strengths while creating a sense of warmth, sophistication, and livability that immediately resonates with buyers.  Their curated selection of furnishings, art, and accessories brings a refined sense of texture, tone, and balance to every room—creating not just a beautiful home, but an aspirational lifestyle.  Their staging invites people to imagine their lives unfolding in the space, and that emotional connection drives results. Every space they touch feels elevated yet inviting, and the results speak for themselves: faster sales, stronger offers, and exceptional feedback from clients and buyers alike.
