For this project, we focused on two main goals: energy efficiency and timeless design. We achieved both, thanks in part to incorporating a private elevator, multiple custom art elements by Fitzhugh Karol, and an enviable primary suite. It broke the record for a townhouse sale, not only for the block but the entire neighborhood.‍‍
